Since November 7, 2015, new rights have been in force for the benefit of the user in his relations with the administration. The referral to the electronic administration (EVS) reflects the desire to make digital technology a priority axis of modernization of state services.

The Customs Information Service teleadvisors are customs officers who inform you about all general customs issues, whether they are formalities to be completed during a trip, goods that you can bring back in your luggage or useful information to set up your import-export company.

The site douane.gouv.fr allows you to carry out the majority of customs formalities via online services available to individuals and professionals.

Professionals can enter customs via the Online Support Management Tool (OLGA) dedicated to processing support requests for online services.

Certain procedures, temporarily or permanently, are excluded from the rights of the user to seize the administration by electronic means. These exceptions can be consulted on Decree 2015-1415 of 5 November 2015 on exceptions to the application of the right of users to seize the administration by electronic means.
