French tax-free sales slip not recognized

As of June 2, 2025, any French tax-free sales slip not recognized during its scan in a PABLO kiosk cannot be validated by French customs.
In this case, no complaint to the customs office will be admissible for this reason.
If the terminal displays the following information when scanning your sales slip in French tax-free mode, this means that your tax-free operator has not complied with the issuing procedures provided for by the regulations in force.
